I started working out with Jamie two years ago during the pandemic. he's got really great hybrid, in-person, and virtual options, so for me that really fit my lifestyle at the time. He's always able to accommodate wherever I was. During working out with Jamie I was also pregnant. He definitely modified everything to make sure it was appropriate given how my body was changing.

I would highly recommend training with Jamie. He trained me for almost 2 years and he pushed me to my breaking points. Jamie encouraged me mentally and physically. He came up with many different types of workouts and routines specialized just for me. If you contact him he will reply within 24 hours or less. Within the past 2 years of training with Jamie, I have seen him grow as a trainer and I am very happy that he's following his dreams.

Hey Jamie, I just want to thank you for changing my life. Without having a trainer like you, who pushed me and showed me the world of working out, I wouldn't be where I am now.
