Small Group Training does not require a membership. Just sign up and show up! Group training makes a lot of people anxious because they feel they get lost in the crowd, and know what they're doing and end up mindlessly going through the movements with no purpose. No need to worry about that here! These 50 min classes cap off at 12 clients so we can keep the personal touch. Whatever your fitness level is, we got you. Currently we offer H.I.I.T., Weight Training, Boxing Bootcamps, and Yoga.
Our Semi Private Training is a two or three time a week personal training membership. These are all 45 minute group training sessions with up to 6 clients and offer the freedom to sign up for your personal training session up to two hours in advance. Currently there are 11 sessions for you to pick from on a week to week basis and the option to zoom in if you're away. Your membership includes a stretching & recovery class, goal setting, 6 week check ins and a movement screen to help develop the perfect program for you.
Together we'll develop a program that fits all the aspects of your life. One-on-one coaching demands an exceptional commitment from both sides. Your openness, honesty, and transparency during the program's development is crucial. Our one-on-one approach means I'm dedicating myself to your goals, and I expect the same level of commitment from you. Communication and unwavering consistency are the cornerstones for success. Being able to communicate and work together is an important part of a successful team and these sessions are meant to do exactly that. We’ll work together in pairs, in groups, and solo while we bond over blood, sweat and tears. Ok, maybe just sweat but you get the idea. These workouts will have the team organically communicating, working together and problem solving all while getting fit together.
